We are writing a feature on launching international offices and are looking for founders or senior decision makers to interview. These can be successful launches or unsuccessful launches – or anywhere in-between.
We will be gathering learnings from these interviews and publishing them for an upcoming feature for Scaling Service.
Research Objective
To gather insights and best practices on launching international offices from experienced agency founders, aiming to create a comprehensive guide for agency owners considering global expansion.
Participation Details
We request a 30-minute interview, conducted via Zoom. The interview will consist of 5-6 questions about your experience with international expansion.

The interviews will be recorded. We will use Descript to transcribe the interviews. Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, will be used to create summarise the interviews. We can anonymise the interview before running the text through Claude at your request.
Output and Distribution
The research findings will be published as a feature article in the Scaling Service newsletter, a newsletter focused on insights for growing agencies.
